Five stars all the way go to the shift leads of this restaurant. Bald guy with tattoos and shorter one with reddish hair know how to run a shift. I’ve come there recently and these two are exceptionally really well and know how to communicate with their team to make sure their restaurant stays afloat. Their GM on the other hand left a bitter taste in my mouth how she talks to some people especially the older generation. On the other hand these other two are great employees and...

Love this store! Staff is always extrenwly friendly and welcoming and seem to want to go the extra mikecto make sure you are happy. Always great bagels - addicted to the Jalapeno Schmear!

First time trying Einsteins Bros. Bagels while I was visiting family in Plano, TX, and now, I'm officially a fan! Everything I tried I enjoyed. I only wish there were quality Einsteins where I'm from.
