Gvo is better! Give it a 2 out of 10. They help who they want to. It’s all about a look. SMH Learn from GVO on how to have better service. If you on the patio the hookah people don’t service you. The manger doesn’t care he rude and disrespectful. When we been waiting 1 and 1/2 for a refill no one ever came w went and told the manager. An entire week later and no phone call, no email, no apology from Ekko Lounge after the way they handled me and my guest for my birthday party last week!
They reserved my party for 6pm but didn't let us in until 7pm!
They didn't have a place set up for me and my guest!
They were very rude and had very bad attitudes!
They don't ever answer the phone, return calls, respond to texts or reply to emails in a timely fashion!
