Went around 10 pm on a Monday. Understood that staff might be less and busy but still took considerably longer for the waiting and the food to come. Even appetizers took a while. Food was as expected.
Went late at night and the server was easilly one of the top we have had in a long time from any restaurant. Never needed to ask for anything drinks stayed full and food came out fast and spot on.
