We got the fresita matcha and ube matcha. The drinks were made very quickly and tasted delicious! The fresita was my favorite but I still liked the ube flavor. The baristas were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with any questions we had about the menu. Their empanadas really hit the spot when you’re feeling a little munchie! We were here for an event where they had homemade hot and ready pupusas and of course they were amazing as well! The vibe of the cafe is super cute....
Can’t say enough about this place. Food is delicious, coffee drinks are amazing, but this summer I am HOOKED on the Matcha!! $5.25 for A TWENTY OUNCE. Shut the dang front door. Device top notch too.

I recently stopped by El Porton Coffee in Dallas off Garland Road, and I’m so glad I did! The vibe here is chic, cozy, and welcoming, with local artwork displayed throughout the shop (and even available for purchase!). There are plenty of comfortable seating areas, and I loved that they even have a playroom in the back for kids—such a thoughtful touch for families.
