One word: Craveable. The atmosphere is intimate and perfect for a date night. The service made us feel well attended to, and we received details about the meal and our drinks. The cocktails are a step above - the Raspberry Fields is a must try. Everything we ordered tasted great, and the plating was remarkable. I'm still thinking about their octopus and pork belly appetizer, and it looked like a work of art on a plate. The tomato salad was fantastic, as was their short rib....

Ella is a culinary standout in Dallas. Every plate that hit the table was a masterclass in flavor, balance, and presentation. The ingredients felt seasonal and intentional — from the first bite to the last, it was clear the kitchen knows exactly what it’s doing.
The textures were spot-on, sauces were layered with depth, and plating was elegant without being overdone. Truly one of those meals where you pause mid-bite just to savor what’s happening.
