This place is so delicious! Remind me of the taqueros like in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, México. I tried 5 meats. Fajitas, barbacoa, cabeza, chicharrón and al pastor. Service was great. The paletas were amazing. My favorite was guayaba, they’re so creamy and made in house. They also carry a variety of Mexican chips and candy. They have a market. Reminded of an abarrotes in Mexico. Place is real nice clean and modern. Would definitely recommend
I 100% enjoyed my first visit to the Dallas Encanto Market and Cochina this January 2024. Thanks so much to Ms. Barbara and the entire staff there for educating me, feeding me, and overall delighting me with such delicious, authentic seasonings, ice cream, beverages, and food items. Other people may already know about this market, but I would say it's a hidden gem--definitely won't be my last time stopping by when I'm in the neighborhood! Top Notch. Breakfast tacos are fantastic and made fresh right before your eyes. Immaculate kitchen area. Barbacoa is lean and tasty. It was nice to meet you today Victor. My Grandparents moved here in the 1950s and lived within 100 feet of this store. My Mom grew up going to this store. It's been vacant for a very long time. I am thankful that Victor and his family invested there heart, time and money into this location to bring some life back into the old Fireside Grocery Store....read full review
