I wish I could give ZERO stars. The worst customer service experience. The guy who took our order was mumbling, and we couldn’t understand a word he said, and he was so rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. I can see why people do not dine in at this location terrible ambience, and atmosphere to sit in.

Their salsa tasted more like spaghetti sauce that was warmed up from a can. But the enchiladas and street tacos were decent. Too bad the customer service is so terrible.

Large portions, but chicken and beef fajita meat was obviously reheated and not especially good (too much salt and nothing else really in the way of flavor). Charro beans and rice were fine.

For $25 (before tipping) I could have gotten something better at Chipotle and still had $4 left over.

Ordered the food online for delivery at 12:43 and it’s still not here at 2:23. The restaurant is 16 minutes away from my house, so there is no reason it should take this long. There is no way to contact anyone at the site. No one answers the phone and all vm’s are full. Terrible experience and Don’t waste your time. Order from another place.

So this time we had a bad experience with our food. The beef fajitas were different than the taste, texture and quality we had gotten accustomed to and the guacamole was tasteless. The quantities were good, but the taste was off. While I am frustrated about the situation, i feel sorry for the establishment. Let’s hope this is a 1 off because in the past they had offered the best beef fajitas and guacamole.

The food is wonderful and always fresh. The people are friendly and it’s well priced. I’ve eaten here before and it’s always been an excellent place to eat.

Awesome fajitas, friendly and affordable pricing and quick service. All orders are to-go, and packaged securely for the journey home. Super yummy chicken, beans, and salsa. Leftovers reheat well too! Been here 2x in the past month. Will be back soon!

Delicious!

This is a Tex-Mex restaurant and it didn’t show up with any chips and salsa that are included with the order. Also, all the tortillas are messed up. Look at pics.. I have called and left messages and no one ever answers the phone. So now I’m going to the store, which I didn’t want to do l, 100% of the reason I ordered delivery….No BS the worst delivery I have ever had.

Update - Also none of the fajita sides and no churro sauce…..

UPDATE - we decided to try it again and guess what? They got the order wrong again. So disappointing.

We’ve been going here for years and it used to be good. We’ve been loyal customers because the food and service have been great. But over the last couple of years since the business went corporate and expanded we’ve noticed a big decline in quality. We call in orders to pick up and nearly every time it’s wrong. This time when we went in to pick up we asked if the sour cream we had to pay $5 extra for was in the bag. They secure the plastic grocery style take out bags with a knot so tight you have to rip the bag to open it. It’s very inconvenient to open the bag and check. So with the reassurance of the front desk employee that the sour cream was in the bag we went ahead and left with our food. We got home and of course it wasn’t there. So we called up there and told them it wasn’t there and asked for a refund because our family was ready to eat and it wasn’t worth it to go back. The employee guaranteed that we would get a refund. It wasn’t processed. We had to go into the store physically today to get the refund.

As this isn’t the first, second or even third time we’ve dealt with this at this location it just isn’t worth the time and hassle to go back. What a disappointment. We kept going for the taste because there’s nothing wrong with the food. But there are plenty of places to eat that get our order right and take care of it when it isn’t.
