Very elitist and uninviting. I had a meeting with a lawyer and got here an hour early. Went to sit in a chair and apparently I was too stretched out “lounging”. Employee came over and said that they don’t allow relaxing in their chairs! If you are here, don’t dare stretch your legs out!
Mother's Day brunch was lousy, I would definitely not recommend. My parents had a wedding large anniversary party here a few months ago and I expected the same quality service and food. $200/person for this brunch was disappointing, food was overcooked and over salty. Service was also subpar.
Very nice Christmas Day buffet. Service from JC was excellent. Food was very good but expected a little more high end items especially in the seafood category given the price of the brunch. Enjoyed it but don't believe it was worth the $155.00 price plus automatic 22% service charge.
Beautiful setting, not noisy, but extremely overpriced for fairly mediocre food. We walked away having spent $850 for 4 people and much of the food was quite overcooked. Had it all been perfect, I still think it's priced too high. Would recommend visiting a nearby steakhouse for that cost instead.
We have always loved Thanksgiving at the club. It's a beautiful venue and a special treat for the holidays. The buffet is incredibly sumptuous and appealing. However, for the first time this year our party of 4 agreed that the taste of the food was not nearly as good as in the past. I hope that whatever changed this year will be corrected going forward.
Amazing choice of food, all good quality! Great ambience and while busy it didn't feel that way because the tables are all spaced apart quite a bit. It was also nice for children as they had a balloon man with light up balloons, and they had a Photo Booth. All very lovely
Family meal for Mother's Day ... We all enjoyed the buffet! All food was quite delicious! The service was not quite what I would've expected for the reputation, caliber, and price of the restaurant ($95/person for Mother's Day brunch). I wondered if maybe the staff is used to members knowing exactly how everything works, but never having been to The Crescent Club, we were unaware of the lay of the land and the procedures to follow. We had to ask where to go for the buffet; we had to flag down servers/whoever we could find for drinks/refills multiple times; we had to ask for dishes to be cleared; we had to ask for additional flatware. And finally, we had to flag someone down to get our bill. As I said, the food was outstanding, and the view was lovely, but the subpar service was disappointing.
Beautiful venue and awesome staff. We went for the Mother's Day brunch. We had a bunch of little kids but the staff was really welcoming and helped every chance they could. Truly enjoyed it and mom was super happy with the surprise brunch.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Easter brunch at the Cresent club. The seafood was plentiful and delicious. That, along with quail, prime rib, lamb, chicken piccata etc. were entrees we enjoyed. Although the bananas foster was great, I was underwhelmed by the other desserts and they ran out of most before all our party had some. Also, just know if you reserve here, it is costly!
Easter brunch was cold and bland. Sadly, even though we had an early reservation the food was barely warm. The crab chowder was tasteless and cold and even the prime rib was cold. Overall, rather disappointing but the service was great. They have an amazing staff but a sub par menu.

Very nice place for hangout,I loved!
Food service was excellent. Servers very slow and mostly shuffled when they walked and not very attentive. Had to ask for water and the check. Singing Santa's singing very irritating and so off key. Noticed Santa managed to greet all tables except ours and the other parties of non-white patrons. This was very obvious and insulting considering I am Caucasian but my spouse and our son are African-American. That did not deter us from enjoying the ambiance and beauty on the 17th floor. The greeters and food staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!
Staff are the shining star of the Club lunch. Food is good but not exactly high class. Waiters and greeter are top notch, very pleasant and accommodating. Room is very nice and if lucky enough to get a window table then excellent view too.
Great hotel with great amenities. They go out of their way to accommodate. Love it!
Value wise I would say this would be for only special occasion and I would recommend that they take off mandatory gratuity and possibly lowering the pricing since the selection was limited.
