Joel and Kevin consistently deliver exceptional service. Their extensive tenure at the establishment is reflected in their outstanding contributions, including insightful conversation and excellent meal recommendations. We have been loyal patrons for many years, consistently impressed by the quality of the cuisine at Fish City, located at Preston and Royal.
Great food as usual. Service from the kitchen was a bit slow. Typically they fulfill orders quickly, but for some reason that was not the case on this occasion. Also it took the bartender(s) a long, long time to bring a check, and the restaurant was only 1/4 full at that point.
We were in town visiting elderly relatives in their 70s who have difficulty hearing in noisy environments. When the host initially asked if we wanted a booth or table, my uncle said booth but the host either didn't hear him out ignored the request. Worst, we were lead to a table right next to the kitchen with all the clanging and banging of pots and pans and plates. We asked to be moved but by then the one available booth had been taken. From there, everything was great....
