I ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown. Sausage was undercooked. I couldn’t eat it so I had to discard. Called and they gave me an option to receive a refund or another sausage biscuit so they offered to rectify the issue. But I’m like who gives someone undercooked food?! Disgusting!
Not to mention the employee who gave me my food was rude!

Not sure if it’s a good place or not, but FOR SURE need to fix the closing hours on the door. It says that dining closes at 10pm as well as the driveway. I understand that it specifies online but I walked up from Central Market. Was a bit disappointed after standing around for 10 minutes because the door said they were open. The restaurant offers the option to order through a big screen or with a person, and the service is prompt. Customers praise the food for its amazing taste and fast service. Inside, the tables are sometimes a bit crumy by the food, but the restrooms are kept clean. Instead of going through the drive-thru, customers can go inside to get their food faster. Some minor issues include faucet sensors being hard to activate and paper towel dispensers not working well every time, but an air blower is available as an alternative. Staff members seem familiar to many customers, giving a friendly atmosphere. However, attention to pick-up orders is needed, as mistakes with dressing sauce, chicken nuggets, and even the type of Big Mac can happen, leading to inconvenience. Despite this, McDonald's remains a recommended dining destination for quick, tasty meals in a clean environment.
