Such great food and service! The menu is unique. I love the fig bruschetta & the fig and Gorgonzola pizza .
The service was fine, but I’ve never experienced bland food at an Italian restaurant before in my life. I ordered a dish that was $17 and the noodles were not homemade, the sauce was bland and had no seasoning in it. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in such a long time.

Princi Italia is a restaurant in Dallas known for its funghi pizza, carbonara, and scallops. They offer many pasta options for vegetarians, with homemade pasta that has received praise. The service is generally good, with staff providing excellent recommendations. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and while some dishes like the bolognese and salads have faced criticism, the pizza and the Fettuccine Funghi pasta have been highly praised. The restaurant features a great deal for $25 that includes all the ingredients to make your own pizza. It can be a bit pricey, but the location is convenient and the wine selection is excellent. The service can be non-attentive at times, but it may depend on the staff or the size of the party. The staff has been noted for their friendliness, with accommodating service for guests, including those with special needs. Recent reviews highlight a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious dishes like the rigatoni ala vodka with sausage and the truffle pizza. Guests have appreciated the helpful recommendations and the welcoming attitude of the staff, especially Mona and Justin, making the overall experience enjoyable.
