I came here a few months ago and sat on the patio and had the worst service. Couldn't get refills and waited an hour for our pizza. Plus we had to ask several times to get the heaters turned on. They gave us a coupon to come back for a free flatbread to make up for it. Came back tonight and they didn't even accept the coupon.. they said they got new management and didn't accept those but in my opinion, they should still take the coupon and honor it regardless. The coupon had no expiration date or details and I had no way of knowing I couldn't use it. The pizza is just alright, not worth over $20 for a large and has a very flimsy crust. Will not be returning :( can't say we didn't try! Poor customer service

I never leave yelp reviews but this place is so much fun ! I know it's just a pizza place but the customer service here is so good. I'm leaving this review for my server Saul, he takes care of you, laughs, talks to you like if you were to be out with a friend :) 100% recommend !

Been going regularly for a while, has always been one of my favorite places to go because the food is usually good and service is always great (plus what an awesome venue). I went last week on Wednesday night and did not recognize any of the employees at all. My friend and I sat at the bar in front of an employee talking to two of their friends which were eating/drinking at bar (we later realized this was the manager). He greeted us and gave us water, and said the bartender would be with us soon. Soon took a while, we waited and when the bartender came out from the kitchen doors he was slow to get to us. Never understood why the manager could not cover for him and take our drink order.For how empty it was, the bartender was very slow, even had to re-ask what drinks we ordered. After one drink, we ordered two pizzas and of course, one of the pizzas that came out was the wrong order.The experience was definitely a 1 star experience, but giving 3 stars due to their history of doing well. Hoping things are better on my next visit, if not - probably won't be back.

I have been a patron of American flatbread since they opened. It was a fun atmosphere, delicious food, great service, and happy employees. Not too long ago the management changed and it was noticeable because one by one the staff quit, the food changed (but not the prices), and they made it more only a date night place when it's more for a friends to enjoy themselves (I mean the patio was made for fun). Clearly new policies have been implemented which has made it a boring place to go, I mean why try to class up a pizza place? I just wish it hadn't changed and the old crew was still there because it has been an enjoyable place for my family.

My husband and I used to LOVE this place! The pizza is absolutely delicious and it is some of our favorite of all time. Our past couple of visits have been extremely disappointing. The service is terrible. One night we were seated on the patio and waited 30 minutes to be waited on. A bus boy noticed we had been waiting for a long time and brought us water. Another 15 minutes later we still hadn't been waited on so we left and ordered Papa John's on the way home. Tonight we were waited on within 15 minutes, not as bad. We ordered drinks and waited for our pizza. The pizza came and we ordered another round of drinks from our waiter, yet he walked away and never put our order in the system. After that we never saw him again... he simply disappeared. Praise the lord for another waitress, Andrea, who came to our rescue! If she hadn't brought us our bill we'd probably still be at the restaurant waiting. So disappointing because we love the flatbread! Take out might be our go to from here on out

The service was great! Our server Alex took good care of us! The DJ had a nice mix going on and the food was pretty good! Shoutout to Saul for taking us on a tour with the Pineapple Habanero drink we plan on coming back to try some more flatbread options

I’ve been going to this place since the opening day and everything was fabulous but since then I’ve noticed so many changes! The management has changed and with that comes horrible customer service… The only thing that’s gotten better is the wait time for the food to come out faster and the taste I can’t complain about that. To begin with, the moment you walk in to that door you get welcome with such a low energy. We’ve had Andrea as our server before and it’s impressive how she hosts and servers at the same time, she’s a sweet soul but the other 2 guys look like they don’t want to be there. and that should change since that’s the first thing people see right? We love to sit at the bar and have Saul as our bartender/ server because he knows what he’s doing and he’s on top of the game. But service from waitress?! Horrible! Before it looked like they enjoyed being there but now they always have a straight face even the manager.
Pizza was so burnt, it was like a jaw workout to even chew it. Not very pleased, only plus was that it was only a 3 minute drive from my house

5+ stars just popped in to check this place out and it's our new favorite! The service and atmosphere was great - thanks Andrea for giving good recommendations and telling us about your menu! Agustine the GM made his rounds to all tables including ours to assure we were taken care of. Clean, fast, and GREAT food and service. Coming again with friends!

The place itself was nice. Nice outside patio and warm cozy indoor sitting. The drinks and food took a while to come out but it was good. Tasty pizza and salads.

First time coming here tonight, amazing experience!! Started off strong with the sweetest hostess, our server Sam S was amazing, the cocktails were spectacular and the food, oh the food!! Chicken bacon ranch pizza was a 10/10!! Best pizza I have had in a seriously long time. The patio was heated and felt so perfect. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends!!
