Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

We have been to this location many times for brunch. On this visit, some of the meat selections were not as good, they were not well seasoned and had more fat than usual, and medium rare was not available for beef cuts. I love filet but it had no flavor. The spicy picanha was too spicy. The service was also mediocre this time even though the restaurant was not full; they did not bring our drink order until I asked a second time. The meat service was good, they came around often though but I had to wait until the end of my meal to get a lamb chop because they were not ready. They did ask if there was a certain cut of meat we wanted. It may just have been an "off" day. We recently visited a Brazilian restaurant in Austin and it is better, so maybe our expectations have changed.

Food was top tier! I took my family here, there first time, and they enjoyed every bit of the experience. The bottom steak, watermelon, mashed potatoes were their favorite. Will be back soon.

We arrived at 1130am had to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Hostess was busy talking to a table. Not all the food was ready . Waited 25 minutes for the rice. The bread never at the serving table. Had to wait several minutes for a drink refill. The Icahn was dry. Then we both got sick from the dessert I'm assuming. The previous week on a $1 drink special HH I tried to sit at the bar but the female manger had 2 seats taken up doing work. She wasn't going to move till I asked again. Why do that during a busy HH time?? The entire bar was Full.

This was truly an awful experience. My fiance is from Bolivia, so he was excited to go to this restaurant in the US since it's so good back home. This place is absolute chaos and a mess. The servers were sloppily cutting the meat and the table cloth was covered in food and juices. One waitress literally spilled a drink on our table and into my face. 5 min later, another waitress spilled a beverage on my fiancé's shoes. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and wrote it was for his birthday, and when we arrived, we waited 20 min for our table. What was the point of a reservation? The ambiance was so bad; there's no dress code and people were wearing jean shorts, socks and sandals, and it felt like the dining room in a Carnival Cruise Line. Additionally, the staff is very rude here bc we were interrupted THREE times while talking because staff kept asking the same question over and over again. If we're paying almost $200 for dinner, we don't need to be asked by 3 different people if we want to see the dessert menu. Y'all have got to coordinate better on who will ask which tables. Also, the chicken and pork options were all very dry. We just got engaged 2 weeks ago and it was my fiancé's birthday dinner... it was supposed to be a celebration. I cannot believe that we paid our whole bill after that.

Food was very good, the meat selection was great and the salad bar had a wide verity of food

One of my fiancee and I favorite spots to get away just the two of us or even for a family celebration. Best Staff, great food and drinks!

Staff was amazing. The meats were served hot and fresh. I didnt find much on the big table, with beans and salad. But, it was still an awesome experience

Had a wonderful time with my family when we visited the Dallas location. The food was delicious and everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

walked in not expecting much ive been burned by other brazilian steakhouses before but man this place changed my mind the meat just kept coming and every cut was hot and juicy the service was so fast i barely had time to check my phone

the salad bar looked sad at first but the grilled pineapple and that cheese bread thing were way better than i thought theyd be

im already planning my next trip back

First time coming here and I am truly amazed! The service matches the delicious food! My party and I were truly pleased with how well we were treated while enjoying all of the great food. The lambs and beef ribs are a MUST TRY! Don’t walk but run here asap

So we went to the one in Irving and they disappointed us but if you are looking for a classy environment Food on time your request has a time that they will tell you so you won’t just think that you’re waiting for nothing. The manager came and checked on our table every time that she got to make sure that everything was OK to make sure our experience was delightful.Our waiter was the best she never let our water go empty or a drink anything that we needed she was there The people serving the steak and food was so polite used great manners they listen to what u wanted if you wanted well done or medium rare they knew not to bring you out the option that you didn’t want. I feel like they actually listen to their customer.
I can say this is the best I’ve been to shout to Maria the manger and Damaris you guys are the best I will be back

My only complaint is that the tables are a little too close to each other. This seems to be a things with Brazilian steak houses, I just don’t care for it.

Everything was great. Loved the protein selections- the grilled pineapple was my favorite! Also loved the Pineapple Mint Lemonade. Sergio was our waiter. He was so kind and attentive! Definitely ask for him when you come.

DJ and Maria did an excellent job serving my friends and provided a wonderful experience for us. The food was stellar as well.
