The entire experience was unrivaled! From the time we arrived, the service was impeccable. The hostesses were pleasant and prompt. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. The dinnerware was sparkling. Once seated, our server was there in an instant and remained attentive throughout our dinner. The Market Table was filled with fresh dishes and sides. Who I assume to be the manager was floating around the dining room checking on patrons just to ensure everyone was enjoying...
What I especially appreciated was the variety—everything tasted fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. The roasted vegetables were flavorful, the salads were refreshing, and the imported cheeses and charcuterie added a touch of sophistication. It’s a perfect balance to the richness of the churrasco meats, and honestly, it could stand on its own as a meal.
I recently visited Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, and one of the highlights of my dining experience was the Market Table. The presentation alone is stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. There’s a wide selection of crisp vegetables, gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and unique seasonal offerings that make it feel more like a curated culinary experience than just a salad bar.
