Everything in my burrito was cold… They were out of sour cream and scraping the bottom of the bucket for the refried beans. I guess I’ll be going back to chipotle next time I want a burrito.

Meh. Was hoping for something spectacular, but it was just mid. The only positive was the chopped jalapeño for a little zing. Had to wait behind a big to go order that took forever. AND I would not suggest going to the men’s bathroom. Toilet has never been cleaned, and doesn’t flush. Probably hasn’t been flushed in about a week. Or more. I will let your imagination run wild with what that might look like.

Truly above and beyond service. The general manager took his time to explain the different deal and rewards freebirds has to offer. He was extremely caring and helpful. Absolutely love this location and will be coming back! :)
