I have attended Dicks several times before. The server was great. I just wish that the food was better prepared. The chicken fried chicken was over cooked to almost burnt. Not what I am used to getting here. It was very crowded and there was no room to really enjoy the moment because you were told that there were others that needed to be seated. Not a really great Christmas outing with my company Chase bank as we had hoped.

Took my three kids on their 21 birthday. It was exciting and a lot of fun. Good for groups and events!

We ordered our 10 year old son the punch in the wooden cup,our waitress brought it to him and right as he was going to take a drink another waitress passing by stopped him and asked what he was drinking. She took it from him and told us it was an alcoholic beverage. Thank goodness she noticed or that could been extremely dangerous for my son.

Very displeased with food quality, cleanest of restaurant, not happy that customers don't have the option to eat off of an actual plate. Ordered an appetizer ask for sauces and was told they didn't have any. Really!

I really enjoyed myself and I enjoyed laughing so much from the waiter. He was great. The only thing I didn't like was the mashed potatoes. Other than that the Chicken Fried Chicken was great.

The place is known for its unpleasant wait staff. They are there to abuse you and they do a great job at that. There is a limited menu and the food is just average. You could find better in a local watering hole.

We went for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday. Lauren Oxley really helped booking this as an event she made it easy and accommodated to our needs, the table decorations were a nice touch. The kids had a great time, the waitress was perfect!!! She really gave the kids a great experience. Thank you so much for making my daughter's 16th bday awesome!!!

Our waitress disappeared after collecting her money. We had a Birthday cake to serve, and she never came back to get dishes from table. Never brought cash change back to the table, Even after being asked. Our party had to get up to refill our own drinks, when another waitress helped them at the cola dispenser. The funny hats and bibs wernt done until we were finished with the meal. Lets be honest we pay to go here because of the performing wait staff and ambience. I know we spent close to $200 in this pace. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend it. Hopefully all locations are not like this one in Dallas.

We were celebrating my sons 17th birthday and he said he always wanted to go to Dick's. We invited about 16 family members and friends and had a blast. I really wish I could remember our waiters name as we changed his name to Tyrone😀. He made my sons day really awesome and I greatly appreciate it! We will come back again.
