Based on the reviews, House of Blues is a great venue for concerts, with great audio and sound quality, and the venue is clean. It provides an intimate setting to see artists. The atmosphere is expectant and festive, and the experience is wonderful. Entering the event and exiting is seamless, and the venue is easily able to handle large crowds. The staff is phenomenal, kind, and caring. They brought out a water dispenser with FREE cold water and a giant fan for people waiting in line outside.
However, there are some issues. Beer prices are too high, with a mich ultra costing 14.50. It can be really really warm in there due to an a/c problem, with temperatures around 80-ish degrees. There are no seats on the floor; balcony and section purchase options only. Parking behind the building is reasonably priced, and parking is available a 5 min walk away. Specific meals mentioned include steak frite for dinner, which was awesome. The sound quality was *chef’s kiss*, and the music was banging. The process for getting in through security and getting merch was smooth.
