Horrible customer service and I will never use this company again

Disgusting!! Came to opera house for catering event and seen employees eating out of the food warmers sticking hands in everything and not to mention they ran out of most the food I wanted ..

Very unprofessional with gig staff

I literally pulled over to use my gps because I was lost an about to run out of gas some man walks over to my truck an tells me I can’t be on there property or drive thru the property (this is private property) he said which was kinda weird to me because I literally was trying find directions & trying figure out we’re I was I honestly didn’t think that was Necessary is very unprofessional to me like I literally was trying to figure out where I was it it wasn’t that serious but now I’m leaving a review because I feel and felt a way about the situation. Instead of asking me if I was lost or if I need any help you tell me to get off the property in this is private property yeah real professional.

These wonderful folks were absolutely crucial to Operation Turkey being able to prepare 4000+ meals for those less fortunate the Thanksgiving. Generous, friendly, and professional.

I wish there were more stars available for this rating. Everyone we worked with at G Texas was WONDERFUL, especially Dena! Communication was top notch - always immediate, clear, and thorough responses to my millions of questions. The menu was entirely customizable to our every specific need, even in ways we didn't know to ask for! The food was exactly as delicious and beautiful for our event as it was at our tasting. The serving staff were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind. They did EVERYTHING for us - even cleaned up the tables and chairs when we were done! We will never have another event without this fantastic team! Thank you for everything G Texas!!
