DELICIOUS!!! I went in starving after walking in the Dallas heat for quite some time and I was not let down! The ambiance of this place is really cool as the decore of is unique to the place and its food. You can order gator meat here as well as all kinds of Southern Soul food. The Cajun seasoning is on point; I like a lot of seasoning on all my foods (but it may be a little too much salt for some people). However, looking back at this picture makes me want to relive the moment I took the first spoonful! I ordered the crispy chicken for my protein but there are a variety of other meats you can get as well as the option to cook it grilled of fried. The chicken came fried to a crisp as promised and was served with crackers to soak up the extra sauce. Another member of my party had the fries here with her meal and they were crispy as well. Would definitely come back if I ever get another opportunity to! The waiter and kitchen staff were working hard to ensure everyone's experience was a good one. No complaints except the chairs were kind of old so it would wobble.

First time here and my husband and I loved it!! Our server JORDAN recommended the *gator appetizer and the blue Hawaiian alcoholic drink! We loved it! Also the Cajun basket with fish and shrimp with the dipping sauce was fantastic! My husband loved the burger!! Very relaxing g place with good air conditioning. Jordan was so attentive and with such sweet service!!!

Fried pickles wasn’t good. Very weird presentation! Burger was okay besides the bacon being undercooked had to remove.

I wanted to try something I normally don't try and gators was one of those "you never know if you like it until you try it". As soon as we entered the reastruant there was no waiter and no signs telling that it was self seating. Another customer had to tell us that we could just sit anywhere and once we sat down we waited for about 15 minutes until someone came to our table to take our drinks. It still took about 10 minutes to get our drinks and even longer to get one appetizer that cost 15 dollars for about a handle full of quarter sized alligator bits with a lot more fries under those bits. The appetizer had no flavor and the only good thing about it was the fries and the alligator tasted as if they just fried it with no flavor or spices and expect you to use their special sauce for the flavor. After we got our appetizer it felt almost like 20 or 30 minutes to have our main order taken. We ordered the Cajun basket that had chicken tenders, catfish, shrimp and alligator for 40 dollars and I was not impressed with the flavor or visual of the food. The chicken was juicy bit flavorless, alligator was the same as the appetizer and the fish had no flavor as well and it felt as if the fish was still raw when eating it. Not to mention I was only able to get my drink refilled twice during my dining experience here. I had spend a total of 70 dollars for two drinks, one appetizer and one entree, 10 out of 10 would not come here again. Though the drinks were good like the cherry bomb.

Food and drinks here are awesome, you will really enjoy! The whole vibe you get here is pretty cool. The music & dj are on point a bit small, but dancing can be done!

Came here on a weekday afternoon for lunch. The place was not busy at all. Stood and waited to be seated for about five minutes then were told we could seat ourselves. Waiter came around in a timely manner and got our drink orders. Brought the drinks and we ordered our food - wasn't a ton, just five of us looking for something light to hold us over until a big dinner later on. After that, it's like the waiter didn't exist until our food came out. Nowhere to be found - had to ask another employee for drink refills. Food came out and it was good. Cooked to everyone's liking and portion sizes were good. Waiter still making himself sparse the whole time. Other than the not-so-great service, I would recommend this. I would love to go here for the nightlife experience, but going for lunch was also nice.

Dirty restaurant. Walking in, it smelled like urine. Waitress brought a cup filled with dirty water. Replaced it with a dirty cup with new water. Chips and queso may as well had been from walmart. $23 for that and a beer. Waitress couldn't even give the correct change so we had to overpay. Just stay away unless you are beyond drunk going in.

Ok, first the atmosphere is great. And the waitress was great. My Chilton though, was almost pure vodka...now most people wouldn't complain about that, but i just wanted to relax... not end up crazy in the parking lot ? I asked for something else and the waitress was all over it so no big deal. Our friend ordered wings, and the chicken was raw in the middle, again he got something different and they fixed that. The lower score is for the undercooked food (what would have happened had we not known?) And the time it took. (It wasn't busy at all) most my stars were for our waitress)it was okay, but i wouldn't seek it out and go back

The restaurant just open at 12 when we got there. The food is good. I had a drink called cherry bomb, it was amazing

We ate here while in town for a cheer competition. Got here and only one other table had people at it. None of the tables were cleaned from previous people eating. So we cleared a table so our group could sit down. Took forever for a waitress to come over and she did apologize that they were short staffed. We said no worries. She took our drink order only to come back and say they were basically out of everything except sprite and dr P. Then brought the Dr P drinks and they were flat. We ordered several appetizer and then meals. The servings are huge, we could of probably just ate appetizers. Food is a little spicy but was good. The bathroom is a scary site....has two stalls and one door is hanging off the hinges and could not be used. Food is a bit pricey. The decorating is a bit strange, but maybe if was lighter we could of seen more.

Great place to eat. The opened a little lat but since there was only one waitress, cook, and bartender it was not too bad. The drinks were good and the food delicious and large servings. Even with one waitress and about 8 table the food wait was not long. Hope to come back in the future!

Kitchen good, waitress not so much. I got to watch folks sit there and leave after half an hour because the servers never spoke to them.My friend and I went there back on the 19th, and were thoroughly disappointed by the service. While it was understaffed so slow is understandable, the waitress kept walking away while I was in the middle of trying to give her my order. She didn't ask for IDs either when we ordered drinks, and I'm rather young looking (often mistaken for a middle schooler)Food was super good, though the appetizer was brought out cold. We waited half an hour for that.

Stopped in for a bite before I started to explore the area. Seems like it would be a really fun spot to meet up with the gang. They have a frozen drink menu and many suggested shots. You definitely get the Cajun vibes while visiting.

Ordered the fried gator - it tasted weird so I halved it and it was pink on the inside and looked like it wasn't fully cooked. So gross

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there last night to celebrate my sisters birthday and the place was a mess and the staff was rude. We arrived at 7:30 and no one greeted or seated us. I walked up to a young man and asked do we just sit anywhere and can we get someone to clean the tables..he said that he would and just left us standing there for 15 minutes. The place wasn’t even that busy! A young lady came & cleaned the tables and we sat down…for another 20 minutes without being addressed. Finally the waitress comes over to address us for what we thought would be orders but she proceeded to say “Umm y’all have to get up because I have a party coming and this section is reserved.” Even though there were no reserved signs on the table. I asked well where do we sit and she says “anywhere” as we all look around to see nothing but dirty tables and nothing for a party of 12.The manager stood looking clueless during this time! I approached him and explained I didn’t think it was right that we had to get up and we had been there for some time now and still hadn’t been served. He proceeded to ask me “How long do you all plan to be here? We don’t allow children here after 9.” After I told him if we had of been served upon arrival maybe we’d already be in the mindset of wrapping up. He then said he could move some tables and let us sit. We watched him and a staff member go OUTSIDE to gather a table or two and just decided to leave. UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. NOT WORTH GOING. I wasted money for parking. DO NOT DINE HERE. Very uncomfortable situation for no reason. If you guys don’t want customers just close your business. There was also another group of ladies mistreated the same way that walked out seconds before we did.
