Gator's Dallas

DELICIOUS!!! I went in starving after walking in the Dallas heat for quite some time and I was not let down! The ambiance of this place is really cool as the decore of is unique to the place and its food. You can order gator meat here as well as all kinds of Southern Soul food. The Cajun seasoning is on point; I like a lot of seasoning on all my foods (but it may be a little too much salt for some people). First time here and my husband and I loved it!! Our server JORDAN recommended the *gator appetizer and the blue Hawaiian alcoholic drink! We loved it! Also the Cajun basket with fish and shrimp with the dipping sauce was fantastic! My husband loved the burger!! Very relaxing g place with good air conditioning. Jordan was so attentive and with such sweet service!!!

Came here on a weekday afternoon for lunch. The place was not busy at all. Stood and waited to be seated for about five minutes then were told we could seat ourselves. Waiter came around in a timely manner and got our drink orders. Brought the drinks and we ordered our food - wasn't a ton, just five of us looking for something light to hold us over until a big dinner later on.
