I am so disappointed in my neighborhood restaurants especially this location of Golden Chick. After a long day of work and school we stop by this location to get dinner. It's raining out we are tired and spend almost $100. Get the food home and chicken is so hard you can't eat it! It tastes like it is day old chicken! It has no seasoning and is dry ! Weather is too bad to take it back! Come on Golden Chick! Do better! People are working to hard for their money to get cheated like this! What y'all did tonight was wrong as hell! And I know I could not have been the only one!

I recently visited Golden Chick, and the experience was appalling. While I was talking to the staff, they abruptly shut the door in my face, which was extremely disrespectful. On top of that, the overall atmosphere gave off a very uncomfortable and discriminatory vibe. It felt like I was being treated differently because of my race, which is simply unacceptable in any establishment. I won’t be returning, and I urge others to think twice before visiting. Businesses like this should not be tolerated

Excellent place to fill up your gasoline or diesel tank. Ample parking. In addition to finding the Golden Chick food business you will find a Chinese food restaurant. In the gas station store you will find Regios fried foods from the Leo and Encanto brands, as well as a variety of peanuts and pumpkin seeds, if you are traveling on the road, they will help you stay awake at night. I recommend the festive enchilated peanuts (red) from the Snaky brand.

Golden chick is my favorite place service is great food is very excellent everytime we come there this one employee does a great job everytime we come Jr. Is very respectful and kind to us our company appreciate employee [Jr] for being a great awesome hard worker he has a great personality and we really appreciate him he makes us feel like we are golden chick family. I normally go to this location at least 1once every 2 weeks. Never had a problem til today. They have signs all on the windows and on the drive thru advertising a golden box special which can’t be sold til the 1st. I’m sure I’m not the only one asking for it. Star had great customer service when I spoke to her. The people who put all that up had no business being a manager. I won’t be the only one complaining.
Not a Good place for my people to order are purchase food items. Much lack of respect and attention to detail.

This is probably the worst location I have been to and I’m not exaggerating. We normally try to go to the other one located on Elam because their service is always stellar but this was closer. This is probably the 3rd time I’ve gone where the food was straight horrible. I could’ve had my 4 year old son make a better meal than this. For starters, we live about a good 5 minute drive from the location there is no reason why my soda shouldn’t have any ice and taste watered down and flat. My boyfriend made it home and our food was so cold and tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. Not to mention his fries weren’t even golden chick fries and you could definitely tell they were from the frozen section at Walmart. The rolls were burnt and everything was just so nasty. They really ought to be ashamed. I get that some people are just working for the need of income but at least put some effort given that people are spending their money here.
