Everytime I visit this place the chicken is COLD...I work in the area and it never fails me...I LOVE GOLDEN CHIC but something needs to be done....I try to give them chances but I get fooled! I always have to bring my food back and miss eating lunch..because I have to return my food. WHO CAN I TALK TO...or JUST GIVE THEM UP AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE???

I purchased several gift cards from Golden Chick for Christmas. I went to the location on Kiest in Dallas and Camp Wisdom. They were unable to honor the giftcards because they said the POS was not recognizing the cards. When I reached out to Golden Chick they responded..must have just been bad luck..try again. I reached ou to the BBB...their rating is an F. So this has been turned over to the Attorney General and Fraud Department. Please do not purchase Gift Cards unless you want to be scammed. Verify this by checking the BBB...rating F.

It's bad that they should have training to be able to handle any inconvenience with customers, but seeing that even a random security officer enters the kitchen, all dirty, speaking so loudly that he can even splash ?saline on the food, what a shame. I pull up in the drive through to order 15min before closing and everything I ordered the lady told me they were out of. She said they were out of chicken and closing in 10 mins so she can't help us. Went to Raisin Canes and the customer service was lovely. Calling corporate.
