I recently moved to Lake Highlands with my wife. This place is our new favorite bar. Where to begin…the people. The staff is so kind and caring, it’s a breath of fresh air these days. Most of the staff will introduce themselves to you, ask your name, and genuinely make you feel like a person they give a damn about. And on top of that, the food is OUTSTANDING!!! It’s the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had, period. The burger is excellent....
Goodfriend Beer Garden & Burger House was a solid dining experience. The burger was cooked as ordered and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were attentive and checked in without being intrusive. I also appreciated that the menu was straightforward and easy to navigate. Overall, the consistency of the food and service is why I’m giving it 5 stars.
