Maybe don’t have a self serve kiosk to order and then let me go through the process of ordering for the card reader to say lane closed. Then yell at customers saying it doesn’t work. Put a sign up or take it away. Rude male staff.

Husband and I stopped at Terminal D for breakfast before a flight to Mexico. Kyran Hudson made our sandwiches with great precision and care. He was over and above in every aspect. We observed how thorough he was with keeping his workspace clean and tidy. He was very friendly and engaged with us when we started talking to him when he had a break in his work. We’d say he is a great asset to your company.
