The bartenders and staff were ok for the most part, with the exception of the next day, I had a tab of 48 dollars and I left 20 in cash as a tip which is close to 40% but I guess someone didn't think I tipped when I wrote cash on my slip and took the liberty to give themselves an extra 10 not cool, won't be going back

I would give this venue 5 stars if I'm rating based off the talent they get here. But there is a bouncer that is very aggressive up front and it's uncalled for. I'm from NYC and the bouncers are tough there too. But never have a been grabbed by a bouncer for a simple mistake. My friend ended up paying twice for a ticket because their scanner would not read the ticket. Respect your patrons, we came to have fun.

Got roofied there either by the bartender or owner. Don't ever go there. That night I was sober and took two shots from the owner/bartender no one else and blacked out so did my friend days before. And I can drink easily and wouldn't black out after two shots. It's a college bar and they knew my boss and gave us free shots. GIRLS watch out!

Loved it. The place is really cool and it was a fun time seeing Ed Rush and Optical again after over 20yrs. Good Vibes. Security is pretty strict but over all it was a great experience.

It's a smokers bar for sure. The service is ok. I have no issues and the food. Well, if there is any. It's bar food like hotdogs with the fixings and sometimes people in the back sell food. Like chicken curry or something random like that.

I love Green Elephant and have been a patron since 2012.Wednesday nights are drum jam with edm playing inside.Friday and Saturday, there is usually some kind of edm music/edm show happening.love the staff! they make good, strong drinks that are affordable.
Love the drum circle, and thanks to Joe for the drum lesson!Service was ...adequate. I can do without the SMU douchebags though.

This place used to be awesome! They went so far downhill over the past few years, it doesn't even seem like the same place.1. Cover charges are so ridiculous, it seems like they are appealing to the rich.(Weird because this is a hole in the wall)2.The owner clearly doesn't take pride in this place, and it shows big time.3. Doesn't seem to hire the best people, specifically...4. Security and front door people will jump or charge at you at the first chance they get whilst grabbing their gun (be careful on who you run up on) some people who get ran up on, some would come back with a gun themselves.5. Seems like a mass shooting waiting to happen.SAFETY IN AVOIDING this place. Aint what it used to be. You can find tons of better vibes spots in the area.
