We ordered through Grub Hub. The macaroni bites were burnt. The “special” with chorizo was so undercooked that the cheese wasn’t even melted. The best thing was the macaroni side, but at $6 for a tiny container, WAY over priced.

Do not order from here!! I ordered from the Dallas, TX location through Grubhub. The Blue Plate Special was supposed to be a traditional grilled cheese sandwich w/ a side of tomato soup and a cookie and a drink; the order only came with a grilled cheese that looked like it was dipped in tomato soup before being grilled. There was no cookie and no soup. Grubhub refunded me this deserves zero stars.

They sent the wrong cookie so I wasn't able to taste the Famous Cookie. Instead, I received the common chocolate chip cookie. The fries differ drastically from the pic. I was under the impression that the fries would be clean, crispy, and lightly seasoned. However, the fries looked and tasted like Checkers fries which is okay if you want Checkers. A lady from their company tried to resolve my problem but no one in their kitchen answered. My horrible experience was with the restaraunt on Commerce and it's not worth the price or personal energy.

This food was so bad and disappointing. The grilled cheese was somehow unmelty on the majority of my sandwich yet inexplicably had burnt cheese in the interior of part. How? The soup was fine but tasted like straight-up reheated Sysco tomato basil. My husband's club had so much blue cheese, it was just odd. The bacon wasn't even cooked all the way through.
