⭐️ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed

I came in with my family around 3:00 PM on a Sunday, and we were told we couldn’t be served because they “hadn’t started the oven yet” and had “other orders to do.”
When I asked how long it would take, the staff just told me “it’ll be a long time” with no explanation, no apology, and no effort to accommodate us.

For a well-known pizzeria, I expected better.
If you’re open for business, you should be ready to serve customers—especially families walking in during regular hours. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service were extremely disappointing.

I won’t be returning.

My husband's and I second time coming to Grimaldi's and by far the best pizza I've had. It was just perfect, the pizza sauce they use is it for me! Perfect flavor! The first time we ordered the Margherita pizza and the section time, the pepperoni pizza. It's so good, the perfect cruch to it too! Definitely coming back!

Bad service and an hour long wait

Staff here is not informative or accurate on pick up time, couldn’t even give me an estimate on how long it would be. Waited 50 minutes for my to-go pizza order. Forgot my sauces and got my order wrong too, food wasn’t good.

OVERPRICED!! Don’t order from here. The pizza is not worth $40…. Not to mention I asked for honey and without even asking they put extremely spicy honey all over the to go pizza :( this place really disappointed me

Terrible service did not attend I lasted almost an hour and a half there the girl at the slowest bar lacks more attitude and more motivation and commitment to work if she doesn't like the job what about someone who really needs it

Starting a new job is scary and I came in trying to find a nice lunch in the area, the staff is super friendly from when I walked in. It did take them a second but once they had their to-go orders situated, hospitality was great I went there again with my colleague”manager” and we had a wonderful experience after a long day of work-it was a good place to decompress and the staff shares that equality of humanity that they get it.

Honorably I’d like to mention the server Andrea her charisma made out evening 1000 times better and myself and my manager will always appreciate that please let your server Andrea know her approachable and adaptability to the different type of customer types is exactly what this restaurant needs for the silhouette of the restaurant. Additionally there was a bar tender I had run into on my day of interview and she was also so wonderful how easily she could engage in conversation was great ! I believe her name was Maya for a first impression to the pizza shop was great. Great ingredients different spin on pizza!
