Baboush Reviews
Never been disappointed with the food and service!
Gotta try the chefs hummus! It was so flavorful! Not your typical hummus. The pomegranates were also a perfect pop of crunch and pop. Highly recommend :)
We loved the hummus with the green sauce. So so good.
He loved the Greek salad, one of the best he's ever had- he wants to sub the chicken in it for beef. I would also do the Greek salad but without the cheese, it was so good!
I would skip the chicken shish kebab.

Baboush in Dallas offers amazing appetizers, delicious Mediterranean cuisine, and attentive service. Guests highly recommend trying the Muhammara appetizer, Mezza Platter, Lamb Ragu Hummus, and Goat Cheese cigars. The chicken shawarma is praised for being generous with pita, and the cauliflower also surprises visitors. The apricot ginger iced tea and cucumber mint lemonade are refreshing drinks to enjoy, with drinks made fresh to order. The blackberry seduction and Lebanese nights cocktails are available, though opinions on their quality vary. Don’t miss the Turkish coffee and Baklava Bowl for dessert. The atmosphere is small and cozy, featuring live music and a beautifully designed, clean environment. The host, Mohammad, is known for his excellent service, being kind and professional while ensuring guests are comfortable. The food is served in generous portions, with authentic flavors shining through in dishes like baba ghanoush, lamb with lemons, and vegetable couscous. The ambience is warm and classy, perfect for a relaxing meal. Baboush is a must-visit for a great dining experience in Dallas, whether for the food, vibe, drinks, or hookah. It truly stands out as a hidden gem.
