I was in the mood for a really good pizza so I had one delivered from Grimaldi's. Very consistent, tasty, and the thing that gets me is their crispy crust. Oh! And the sauce. Oh! And the cheese. You get the picture. All quality ingredients and super tasty. The 18 inch fed my husband and I for two days. The slices are huge.

I was too busy eating to take a photo sorry! So If you haven't yet tried Grimaldi's, drop whatever you're doing (unless it's glass, then gently set it down) and head over now! This place isn't just serving pizza; they're dishing out slices of pure, coal-fired joy. The pizza crust? It's like the perfect marriage between crispy and chewy that makes you wonder if it went to finishing school. The secret must be in that coal-fired, brick oven, which I suspect was kissed by Italian culinary angels. You haven't experienced true pizza perfection until you've tried a slice that's spent some quality time in one of those. And let's talk about the Caesar salad--it's so generously portioned, it could easily feed two... or one of me on a hungry day. It's the kind of salad that could bring world peace, or at least convince your salad-hating friends that green leaves are actually a good thing. The ambiance at Grimaldi's is like stepping into a bustling New York pizzeria, minus the taxi horns. It's the perfect spot to bond with loved ones, impress a date, or just enjoy some solo pizza bliss. The servers are so friendly, you'll want to invite them over for Thanksgiving dinner. Grimaldi's isn't just a pizzeria--it's a destination. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by. Just be warned, you might leave planning your next visit before you've even finished your last slice of their heavenly pizza. If your in uptown and haven't gone you're definitely missing out.

Although the food was good, there were flies flying around us and in our drinks the entire time. No appetizers other than salad. Too many servers doing nothing and all of them were drinking while not serving us. Majority of servers looked to be underage and bartender looked creepy. Overall 0/10, go there at your own risk.

Only went b/c we had a gift card. Food and service was ok, a little pricey imo. Won't let you remove anything from chef pizzas, and to build the same pizza without the toppings you don't want is more expensive. Topping prices are high and the same price whether you get them on half or whole pizza. Got 2 apps, 1-18" 4 cheese chef pizza w/4 extra toppings, 1 soda and 3 beers = $100.

Great evening with friends, and Grimaldi's was the highlight. This is authentic pizza oven fare. The server was awesome, treated us like royalty.

Ordered a margarita pizza here, my wife loved it. Only down side, I had to wait 40 minutes for a single personal sized pizza.

Great pizzaDo not use the DoorDash option on their website - ours was never delivered, but picked up per their employees

While the service and staff were very nice and the food came relatively fast; the flavor of the pizza itself was a little underwhelming. The restaurant gave a casual Italian vibe with the classic red and white table cloths and classy music. Expect to pay around $20—35 for a pie depending on the size you get; a 16” was enough food for two and had some leftovers!

It's a shame how this place has gone down in recent months. I was just there and just prior talking to my neighbor about how this was my "go-to" pizza in Dallas, but the last two times (including about an hour ago) I really question if I'll return. It took over 30 minutes just to get two (2) slices of pizza, and when it did arrive it was basically a "soup on dough." What happened to the somewhat crispy crust (i.e. "brick oven") pizza?! These things were falling apart from the get-go to the point I couldn't even lift them off of the plate without everything sliding off (no joke). Of course I thought about sending it back, but those slices already took 30mins, how much longer would I have to wait?Wait staff, minus one guy I did see tending attentively to tables, has also fallen down. Just an overall BAD experience -- especially for close to a $20 lunch!A far cry from what it used to be -- sadly.

The food is good but they are just unbelievably slow. Plan to show up 20 minutes after your pick up order is supposed to be

Grimaldi's is good Italian Pizza. It's thin crust and light, with fresh ingredients. The staff is stellar, and the workers are legitimately nice.
