good food, but super slow service. my family and i came on a wednesday night and there weren’t many parties in the restaurant, so we assumed the service would be pretty quick. however it was the complete opposite. our server was no where to be found half the time. it took well over 20 mins for our order to come to our table after each round so we were stuck waiting for a long time with no food. they have a really strict 90 min time limit and i felt like we were not able to enjoy our dinner due to the long wait and strict time limits.

We had a great time with our server Dee! She was attentive and kind! Our meats and veggies were delicious! The Monday all day happy hour was great. I got the lechy Tini and loved it! We will definitely come back!

Great experience! We've been to several Gyu Kaku locations, and this was the best one by far!

Caden provided outstanding customer service! Even while taking care of several tables, he remained attentive, friendly, and professional. He explained the menu thoroughly, checked on us throughout our meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. He never seemed overwhelmed despite how busy the restaurant was. Thanks to Caden, my family had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

Food was delicious. Service was ok. We were a pretty big party and 1 of the burners didn't work and nobody would take care of it fast enough. Other than that it Was a good experience.

It was our first time attending a BBQ or KBBQ, and we had an absolute blast! I thoroughly enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to guide us as first time visitors. I would definitely return to this place again, Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

Very loud and busy. Difficult to get a hold of servers. We had a long table for a large party. We ordered the 6-person pre-selected meal where many items came with 2 orders (1 for each side of the table or each grill). However, servers would consistently only deliver food to one side and expect us to pass plates over.

Really delicious food! My friends and I love both the AYCE and course menu options. Vinny and Ashmi were both super friendly and helpful throughout the meal. Would recommend to anyone looking for japanese bbq!
