My husband and I drove from Grand Prairie and normally never any issues with the food or service but tonight was horrible service. We ordered 2 15pieces and when we got to the window, dude took our order while waiting in line of cars, we were told 7min wait on wings. "Hello everyone, I recently had an amazing experience at Halls Honey Fried Chicken on Lancaster Road in Dallas, Texas. I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. This Hall's Chicken today got they food on point!
