Excellent location for tasty american food. The food was so savory. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. They have so many reviews for a reason.

It's never been the same since they've moved the hard rock 15 or 20 years ago. I got good service here we met up for a drink before a show at the house of blues. I've been a pin collector for 30 years and yes I would recommend you go here and at least have a drink.

RIP Dallas Hard Rock Cafe. Thank you to the kind employees here who saved me back in 2017 from a high homeless man who was chasing me yelling "Gimme those cheeks boy!" Gone. But surely not forgotten. I owe you my life Hard Rock Dallas.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Food was really good. Can't wait yo go back. The prices on the gear in the gift shop were surprisingly cheap.

Upon entering, we asked for a booth to accommodate our infant in a car seat. We were told that a booth wasn’t available because the servers working were only working “up top”, when there was a couple sitting at a table in the area we requested. Not only that, there were booths available “up top”. We ended up being seated in a half booth, half table, which worked with our stroller but the waitress that sat us seemed especially irritated that we asked for an accommodation for our infant. Once seated, our waiter did not seem enthused to be working. He took our orders and turn around time was decent on drinks and our appetizer. However, our chips for our spinach and artichoke dip were a bit stale and when our meals came out there were more issues. Three of our four meals were brought out at the same time, with a fourth coming out 10 minutes later. Once it did come out, it was completely wrong. We also noticed that two of the burgers we ordered did not have onion rings on them and the chicken on the chicken sandwiches was chewy and stringy. The gluten free bun that was ordered with a burger was also stale. It took another 10+ minutes of the correct order to come out (which was politely comped). We also had to ask for refills on our water as they weren’t noticed. We understand that they were short staffed but as people who frequent Hard Rock Cafes around the world, we found this one to fall far below the Hard Rock standards.

Took our order, came back to tell us they were out of steak. We were informed that they were closing at the end of the month and apparently, were not restocking. We were also told that since they were closing, they no longer validated parking. Brian has been a great server in the past, he did the best he could with what he had that night. It's sad to see that restaurant go.

You know you're in an economic slump when staple restaurants with large corporate cash flows behind them begin to close. I was sad to read that the Dallas HRC location shuttered at the end of July 2019. It has happened before in this town. Perhaps they will return again during the next uptick in the economy in another 8 years or so. I visited this HRC location about a year ago. My friend got me started on this wild goose chase to collect HRC pins when I still lived in Hawaii, so now I stop by HRC locations when I travel to a new city, and I now buy a pin for both me and my friend. This restaurant is upscale and clean. The menu had options other than just hamburgers. I opted for a Cesar salad to start and grilled salmon for my main course. Although, the salad was big enough that it could have been my meal. I even indulged in a fruity cocktail. Portions were huge. You can't leave here hungry unless you are already broke. Prices are high, but thankfully the quality of food and service is just as good.

Sad. It has been a while since Hard Rock was really a "thing". I hadn't tried it in about ten years because it had largely become a Bennigans with guitars on the wall. I had tickets to see queen and decided to take my teenager their before the concert. Wish I had a do over. The Dallas Hard Rock is poorly managed, low energy, and serves terrible food. So bad, I wish it was of bennigans level still. Our waitress however, was a bright spot. I want to give her kudos for doing a great job. Will probably never go back.

overpriced and the food was disgusting. First and last time I go there. I can't justify anyone making the trip to head there parking is terrible as well

The service was great, we took some really fun photos, and our waitress was amazing. She really made us feel welcomed! We also loved the store and the cashier there was also amazing. The girls chatted with her like they were lifetime friends and she even high-fived us as we left. The food, however, just isn't anything real special and you pay for the atmosphere of the place instead. It wasn't bad, it just lacked a powerful flavor that screamed "oh yeah, this is worth coming back for." Would still recommend visiting and checking out all of the memorabilia!

I have been a Hard Rock rewards member for almost 5 years, and this was the first time coming to the Hard Rock in Dallas. Came to this location to experience a fun lunch and celebrate my birthday; Hard Rock did not disappoint! I ordered the Local Legendary Burger, which was cooked perfectly. Incredible burger. The fries were on point as well. My girlfriend had a Caesar Salad which was also delicious and well balanced. Our server Rob was awesome, outgoing and did an outstanding job. For your birthday, you get a free Ice Cream Sundae (on top of BOGO Entree if you're a Rewards member)! They made me stand like the "Statue of Liberty" with my ice cream as the restaurant wished me Happy Birthday. Had a fun time with great staff and food, will definitely be back and will highly recommend Rob and the rest of the crew at Hard Rock Dallas to my friends and family.

This is another great location! The staff and food are awesome, as usual!!! As an avid HRC fan, I hope the Seminoles don't close this one, too, which seems to be the running trend these days.

The food was pretty good. Hamburger a little tough, and service wasn't at its best. It was not very busy, as it was almost 5, but I will come back.

My bucket list is to attempt to visit all HRC locations!! So, I'm now crossing off Downtown Dallas! Rock On! Since HRC changed its rewards program I had to go back and check-in so I can track all my visits world-wide. Went mid-week around lunch and visited the Rock Shop and ate at the bar. Waitress was friendly and since it wasn't terribly busy, we had a nice chat about all the 60+ locations I've visited. Come for the history, memorabilia and enjoy what few other restaurants can claim, and that is a brand built by legendary musicians who should stand the test of time.
