Incorrectly went for a brunch item on a Wednesday in the evening. Server was super apologetic and nice. Even helped explain some menu items.

The newly added Ramen to the menu is awesome. Especially since they have a vegan option. Also our bartender Lettice was Fantastic!!

To be greeted by the GM, Joe, was such a treat. Full house and he went out his way to welcome us in.
With that being said...LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The location is fabulous. Perfectly centered before the hype and traffic of downtown.
Massive FRONT patio which has a great street view.
Food: wings are humongous and fries are homemade and seasoned amazingly. Fish and chips are battered a whole different way that Will give you life.
Our bartender, Courtney, was a gem. She poured us up some amazing drinks that I wouldn't expect to have at a tavern.
10 out of 10.

Love this place. It’s like my hangout bar , but downtown. Great people. Exceptional bar food menu.

Spent a week in Dallas. went here every day. Only complaint, the french fries need to be doubled fried. No excuse for soggy french fries.

Tried Harwood Tavern and had a really good experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with solid portions that hit the spot.
The place has a lively but relaxed tavern vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great spot to hang out, watch some sports, grab a drink, and enjoy a good meal
bad service bartender ignored me
This is like someone else said, it’s Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Friendly, a bit off the beaten path. Great local joint, great prices, people and a fun time. They had trivia night when we were there. We would definitely come back and recommend this place.

It’s St P 🍀 Saturday. Imagine— 7 people at the bar (not busy). Older female bartender takes my order (two well vodkas, 🤢 🤫 , and an order of fries). Serves the wrong liquor but fixes the issue, then walks to my table asking if I’ve paid for the fries like she didn’t just swipe my card for three whole items. Unsure if age vs technology was causing her strife or if she’s always like this but yeah no not a fan of her or unfortunate looking, gremlin bar back.
Food was delicious. We had fried pickles for a starter. It was one of the best we had. And had Ruben sandwich and blackened fish tacos for the meal.
Beer selection was great. Loved the lakewood imperial stout.
Service was welcoming and accommodating. He was personable without overcrowding.
We're planning to go back when in town.

The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed most of the night. Unfortunately, the karaoke host was rude and handled interactions in a way that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It didn’t match the otherwise positive vibe of the bar.
