Food was good, loved the chicken and the sides. Banana pudding was so odd that we returned. I’m not sure if it’s always the way we received it, but if so they need to go back and change their recipe! It’s that bad. Customer service was amazing and staff are inviting!

Best service I’ve had in a while. Cashier took our order, checked in with us often, and was cleaning up after other guests very quickly. There were other staff members we bumped into as well and they also greeted and checked in on us. And obviously the chicken is an easy 10/10.

One of THE worst pieces of chicken that I have ever eaten. Do not be fooled by these 4 and 5 star reviews. The chicken looks absolutely stunning. However, upon actually tasting it, you will find a poor excuse for chicken. It is overly soft, like too soft for chicken, almost mushy. Fries are good. Bonus points for the food poisoning I got, ruined my Dallas vacation trip. #HORRIBLE

My friend was served by Gabrielle. Gabrielle was very kind and welcoming. She asked for sauce preferences, confirmed what was ordered, offered sweet tea/lemonade, and just put you in a good mood. There was another woman who was also kind and offered help to customers but I didn’t get her name.
Unfortunately, I was served by Paul. Paul doesn’t know how to talk to customers, was rude and acted like people shouldn’t order food with him, didn’t ask for any preferences, didn’t offer sauce, didn’t do anything. If I only interacted with Paul, I would never come back.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was great but the banana pudding was odd. It was kinda translucent and didn’t taste right.
