This coffee shop is definetly for people who want to focus on either working or studying, not to hang out with friends and chill in my opinion. I felt like I was either at a corporate break room/college study hall! Baristas were super friendly and my drink was really good! I will come back for my next study session. (:

Really nice atmosphere, the service and attention to detail is awesome. Next time I'll try something to eat or snack on but the expresso and coffee were great. I definitely found a great place to have my coffee, enjoy the ambiance and smiles!

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz••••? WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: coffee shop near the SMU campus. Parking is not complicated, but it’s a really tight squeeze so be warned if you have a big car.? THE VIBE: modern but rustic farmhouse? Super large interior for meetings/studying.? PRICE: free using my @101passports for coffee shops!? WOULD I COME BACK? Maybe.••••Overall Rating: 6.5/10- I was in the area and wanted to check one of the coffee spots off my list from the @101passports (a “passport” that costs about $35 to visit 24 different coffee shops across DFW and get each drink for free- once you break even the original costs).- The matcha was good only because of the strawberry syrup. The barista even said that to me because he said he personally didn’t like their matcha lol. I still got it because I didn’t want coffee this day. The way he made the matcha was pretty unprofessional tho he literally just shook the milk and matcha together with the syrup in the cup he served it in ?. This isn’t a personal attack to the barista bc he was actually nice and we conversed while he made my drink but the way he made it (which I’m sure is how it’s generally made there and how they are trained) was so tragic to matcha lovers ??‍♀️. I still drank it but I basically had strawberry milk. Maybe their coffee is good idk. The matcha was an L tho.

I was very impressed with the place, the menu wasn't massive or overwhelming, but had a couple interesting items that were outside of the norm. I had a lavender latte, and asked if it could be made with heavy cream and stevia to accommodate a keto diet, the barista knew exactly what to do. Met for a first date there, the seating was comfortable and roomy, the area was clean and well lit. Lots of students studying, it looked like they were all regulars.Parking: Super easy to park, both on the street and in the parking lot. The street that this place is on is kind of off the beaten path, but still pretty close to all the action.

Visit Herb's! Scrumptious, flaky, warm pastries, outstanding coffee served by a knowledgable, friendly and efficient staff. Spacious environment with ample seating. Great place to sip coffee and work. Good breakfast tacos, too. One of my faves for coffee and pastries in Dallas.

My two experiences here have been positive and were exactly what I expected from a local coffee shop just outside downtown dallas. The staff is informal and a little pretentious, the coffee is good not amazing, the prices are the same as everyone else, and it's often filled with college students using the wifi. It's unique in that they offer coworking/meeting room space with glass doors/windows to the general lounge area. I do wish they had more parking spots.Parking: Tiny shared parking with other businesses

Ordered an iced oat milk latte from their cute coffee truck at the 2023 national pickleball tournament! The ladies working the truck were so wonderful and nice and kept the line moving fast! I ordered the larger size latte without adding an extra shot so I thought the latte was too milky on my part! But overall still a good coffee to get my morning going watching pickleball lol

I had a vanilla latte made with oat milk that the barista suggested, and it was excellent. The lighting is great; bright enough to see and read clearly without being the annoying kind of bright that induces headaches. The music was at a great volume. The seating was comfortable, which is surprisingly rare in coffee shops that I have been to.

I went to a herb food truck and they didn’t have the menu that was posted I wanted a strawberry Arnold Palmer and they didn’t have that. After I’d waited in like for 15 minutes I found this out and had to decide on a new item of a matcha latte it was the most disgusting foul abhorrent drink that has ever touched my tongue i reared back in disgust and IMMEDIATELY threw it away after my friends had also tried it and commiserated in my experience. It was straight up sour milk. Do herb you really suck wasted my time and money.
