Surprisingly fire!!!! Highly recommend the brisket quesadilla. Very high prices, as typical of airports. Our server was attentive, but other tables didn’t seem to be so lucky. Would definitely eat here again if need be.

If you have an extended layover at DFW, stop here. Nice laidback place with good food and service. The brisket sandwich is excellent with just enough sauce and cheese, letting the brisket stand out. Mac and cheese is really good but I was blown away by the coleslaw. Not your typical coleslaw, it’s made with a vinaigrette, red onions and cilantro. The best I’ve ever had.

I got a few hours to chill due to flight returning back to gate due to a mechanical issue. Given the bad situation, any comfort is most welcome. I found it with a beef brisket sandwich, potato salad and a delicious old fashioned.
