Hillstone is a popular spot with consistent food and great mixed drinks. The wait for a table can be long, but sitting at the bar ensures excellent service. With easy parking, it's a favorite for many. The cheese bread is a must-try, and the rooftop view adds to the experience. Reservations are recommended, especially on a busy Friday night, but popping in unannounced can also work. The food and cocktails are always perfect, and the service is always exceptional. The red cabbage has the best flavor. The pork chop had a very good flavor as well as the mashed potatoes.
