We've eaten here many times and the food is always great. However, this past Saturday evening my steak was actually burnt. We requested new one and were told that they can't guarantee steaks over medium well to not come out charred. Their menu states that they can't guarantee steaks over medium well. From the moment we stepped into Hillstone we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was casual yet elegant, the service impeccable, and the food simply divine.
While the old fashioned was a tad underwhelming (especially given its price), everything else exceeded our expectations. The appetizers, salads, and cheese bread were all delicious. My son declared the burger the best he's ever had, and my wife's rib-eye...
