HINODEYA Ramen & Bar Greenville

I arrived here just before 2p for lunch and was promptly greeted and seated by the staff. I ordered the Pork Katsu with curry at spice level 1 and an order of regular edamame (it is available in spicy for those that like that). The edamame was cooked to perfection and probably the best I have had to date which I wasn’t expecting. My Katsu curry was also perfect! I didn’t have to fight to bite the katsu and the outside was perfectly crunchy and crispy. Dipping the Katsu with the curry and a some greens was really tasty. I will absolutely be returning! Thank you for making my lunch much more enjoyable than anticipated.

I ordered tonkotsu ramen and did not dissappoint. The creaminess of the broth and the noodles is on point. I just wish there are atleast 3 or 4pcs of
chasiu pork on a $20 ramen. Other than that it was good not too salty and definitely hit the spot.

Easily the best Japanese restaurant I've ever eaten at, and it's not even close. The ramen stock was so full and flavorful, and the curry was so thick and flavorful! Just be warned if you choose to add spice, they actually make it spicy. And the service was more than I could have even asked for 10/10

Very calm, and soothing environment. Menu prices are always good, and the ramen is top tier, very flavorful and comes out fast. Service is always friendly! Has been my go to spot for a few years now.

The noodles here are better than other ramen spots ! The meat is so soft. The spice is not really spicy so ask for a higher level if you like that. (Spicy Miso Special) $19

Phenomenal! I had the Mushroom Umami Ramen and the flavor was amazing. You can tell the chef knows what they are doing and puts passion into their food. I was very delighted by the depth and layering of ingredients :)

Have to give 1 star due to getting food poisoning from this place. I tried to leave a review weeks ago, but Google disabled reviews due to fake and suspicious review activity.

My wife and I have done takeout many times without issue, but unfortunately I got incredibly sick from eating their shrimp tempura. She lucky did not have any and was fine.

I haven’t had food poisoning in a very very long time, and it is just completely unacceptable. Will not be back.
