Absolutely amazing coffee, I am not a coffee fan, usually get matcha, and their biscoff latte was genuinely the best coffee I've had.

The freshness and authenticity of this place is refreshing I use to avoid it due to parking but truly it’s not that daunting. They’re small is more like a tiny (for me) so next time I’m getting medium or large

They have good coffee & aesthetically pleasing. My first time there the cashier missed a donut in my order. Didn’t think anything of it, It happens. The cashier talks extremely low you can barely hear her and she’s isn’t very friendly.(I think the cashier could benefit a little from additional training on customer service) I went the second time this week on my way to work and she didn’t ring up my coffee 😭😭😭 I asked the barista if a coffee was mine and she said no it was someone’s else’s . And I said oh I think she didn’t charge me for it and the barista was super sweet and nice and offered to make it for me I told her it was okay I had already waited 10-15 min for my food and I was omw to work. Most likely won’t be back

Came in for an iced mocha with no sweetener and almond milk. I also ordered a jalapeño kolache. It was extremely busy and numbers were being called left and right. The owner called numbers and one particular number was called with the same item I ordered. I was 15 it was 12. She kept calling the order but no customer came to grab their item. So, I asked the owner was it for 15 instead. She gave me nastiest look and she was very rude with doing so. Sassy like! I received my order and sat in my car to eat. My jalapeño kolache was extremely cold. Not lukewarm, but cold as if it was not warmed up properly. I bit into it, not knowing that it was cold to find that the jalapeños was cold. The cheese was cold, and the bottom of the hotdog was extremely cold. I went back in to let the owner know that the item was cold, and I threw it away. Her husband came from the back to let me know there was no more of that particular kolache available. I have received the last one. Not only did I receive bad attitude When asking a normal question, I also did not get my breakfast for today. Atmosphere is nice Small but yet nice. But the customer service was lacking from the owner.

It hasn’t even been an hour since I visited for the first time, and I ordered a strawberry matcha. This was a place I’d wanted to visit for a long time. But the moment I stepped in, I immediately regretted it.
The lady placing the pickup orders didn’t even look at me when I walked in with a smile and said hello. The cashier in the cream T-shirt was a bit kinder. It really shouldn’t be that hard to be friendly and greet customers warmly.
On top of that, the place smelled like a mix of bleach and restroom. I really wish it had left me with a good experience that would make me want to come back again and again. Unfortunately, good interior design alone isn’t enough to make a business successful.

After having this cafe on my list of places to try for a while, I finally got the chance to visit and it did not disappoint. The Dulce Latte was delicious and a must try! It's definitely a signature drink for a reason. The staff was friendly and the service was quick despite it being busy.
