I love Hooters wings best in town I think. This evening at this location, once seated our server was nice she took our order with no issues. She dropped the food off and was never seen again until I went to front to ask for my check. No refills no 2nd beer, just no service at all. We were sat near the kitchen and had full view of the area where the cooked food came out. I watched a server eat her wings at that counter eating with her fingers. When her orders came up she used her fingers to place pickles on a sandwich and arrange the fries. Did she wash her hands nope. š she never washed her hands and took multiple meals to patrons. I asked our waitress if this was normal food handling procedure and she replied oh I donāt do that! She watched her do it and looked shocked. Come on Hooters this should not happen! I paid $52 bucks plus tip for poor service and gross food handling. Awesome not!

I would come back to this place. Slow service and got told this was the busiest we've ever been and the place was pretty empty. We got charge $1.25 for each ranch that was ordered and we got wings. Not acceptable at all!!! They will close again !

Riley is incredible! I havenāt had a good bar top experience in Downtown Dallas, in a while, and Riley made sure that changed! Iām glad this location has reopened and has a quality bartender to come visit regularly!

So I had an absolute blast, after this being my first visit back since they reopened. My waitress was Isabella, she has always been friendly, and attentive, it wasn't too loud, I would also like to added that Riley works there as well, these two ladies are absolutely amazing. I don't know any of the other young ladies that work there, but they seem to use great team work.

RUINED WITH NEW BUTTER BASE SAUCE yall had the best wings not to long ago and now the sauce is completely different canāt belive we losing the good old hooters I need the old recipe to make at home . Wow. What a refresh! This was the first place my brother took me when I came to Dallas in 1989. I was under age, but I had documentation stating otherwise so no fault. Great to see the founders are taking it back! Wings were better. Service is better, wings were bigger and just a much better experience than what Iāve had over the last several years at other locations. I love Hootersās wings, and this place is definitely my heart. Donāt call it a come back! Oh- love the simplified menu. I donāt need all the BS.!!
Mia was the highlight of my visit. Even though the food was just alright that day, she made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Any time something wasnāt exactly what we wanted, she immediately offered alternatives, suggestions, and made sure we ended up with something we liked even more. That kind of effort is rare.
She was attentive without hovering, kept our drinks full, and checked on us at the perfect moments. On top of that, she has a natural sense of humor that makes the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable, not forced.
If youāre stopping by Hooters, ask for Mia. Sheās efficient, friendly, and knows how to turn a decent meal into a great time.

Me and my husband order ten hot and ten naked hot. Food was amazing. I know my husband likes to come see the woman and that is okay because they are very nice on the eyes. We usually don't come in the morning. But to my amaze just ask my husband come for the food and woman you guys have some nice looking men tooš„°šš excuse me but I must say the two darker skin men chef kiss. But all and all I will be coming back. For food and scenery.

Horrible experience! We were a party of 15+, and there was only one server. Five of us never received our food but were still charged for it. The drinks took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, they were the wrong ones. The food we did get was delicious, but unfortunately, the overall experience was such a disappointment. Management was notified and simply listenedādid nothing, offered nothing, and never returned. No surprise the place was nearly empty on a Friday night.
