The fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'm not a fan of ground chicken but the chicken burger was moist and so good I polished off the entire thing. I will be coming back for more. Service was great and bathrooms were immaculate.

Honestly this place was amazing. Came in with friends/fam around close, despite that they still seated and served us. The service was impeccable. They served us with nothing but smiles and honesty had a kindness that goes beyond the basic service staff. The staff gave us good recommendations on the food and gave detailed descriptions of the food. The food didn’t take long for us to come out and it was delicious. We tried multiple sets of fries, each with great tastes and sauces/dips that complemented them really well. The burgers also were really delicious and well done. The tastes of the different ingredients complimented each other well. It was a bit pricy (for me) (average price for burgers at this time of review was about $11-12). So this is not like a place to go for a daily lunch but rather a monthly outing with friends in my opinion. Overall great experience and I would recommend at least 1-2 visits for someone looking for something new.

Opting for the Truffle fries, we were delighted by their delicious flavor.For vegetarian diners, there are several options available. I opted for the veggie burger featuring a bean and corn patty, which not only proved to be filling but also exceeded my expectations in taste.Regarding parking, the establishment provides a convenient parking lot within the building premises, albeit with limited spots. However, there are also additional street parking options nearby.Overall, our experience was enjoyable, thanks to the diverse menu offerings and accommodating service.

Wow what a Major let down after eating in Austin yesterday @ Hopdoddy. As you can see in my Austin review we drove 3 hours out of our way to eat there. The food and service was so amazing.The server was so nice and after hearing how we drove from Lubbock to Austin to eat there because we heard a comic on YouTube talking about how good it was we detoured out of our way to Dallas. The manager in Austin gave me a free burger good at any Hopdoddy. So we decided before we headed back to Lubbock we came to eat here.I gave the girl the card and told her what I wanted the total only to $16.72 for Free Burger, Parmesan Fries and a chicken Sandwich with two drinks I asked the server and the manager twice if they had charged me enough, because it seemed low even with the free burger.Our food arrives and it’s just the chicken sandwich and fries, I ask her about the burger and she like oh you want the burger also.We came in around 1pm and there was only one other table in the place and maybe I know why. Here’s the part that’s hard to believe, the femaleManger or no one else’s could tell me what the name of the business meant. Take some pride where you work.

Came here an hour or earlier before closing with a simple order of fries and tenders to go. There were a couple tables seated. Took 30 minutes to get my food. And the tender grease leaked (so much!) through the flimsy lunch bag material to go bag and onto my white clothing and car seats. When I went to eat it, the truffle fries were cold and dry, the tenders were absolutely disgusting and just looked like simple tenders with no flavor grease dripped all over. For $20, and all the damage and headache this stupid meal cost, DONT come here. What a waste of time, money, and energy. So disappointing. And i love hopdoddy!!

Had a downtown doctor's appointment and was looking for a good burger to follow the appointment. Not only did I find a delicious sandwich (Thunderbird), but truffle fries and happy hour margs! Great place, welcoming staff, and fantastic service! I highly recommend this place. I ate on the patio for outdoor dining, but you can choose either and not lose out on a great experience!
