The bun came in extremely soggy. Placing a hot bun directly on parchment paper causes it to sweat and get wet — not a good idea. By the time my burger was served, the bottom bun was completely soggy and unpleasant to eat.

There are a lot of choices for burgers in DFW, and this is the best. Appreciate the attention to healthier choices in sourcing ingredients.

There was a small mix-up with my order, but the manager quickly resolved it without hesitation and even followed up to make sure everything turned out right.
