Drove 6 hours to see a show. Showed up two hours early for a dinner based on their Google and website. THEY DO NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT! this caused a major obstacle as i planned to hang at the restaurant while my son saw a show. Again the restaurant is not opened. Went on the night of an event with a Foundation room member. Disappointed in the service. Took an hour to get food. However the steak and frites was good. Chris, the assistant manager worked hard to make things right so may give it another chance
Love the HOB for concerts. However, The food voucher experience was a disaster as reservations needed to be made as well, which wasn't made clear, and the kitchen was struggling to get food out.
