It is a small venue, but a good view of the stage. Restrooms were cleaned and visible, easy to find. Entrace was fairly fast. Valet parking is available. Bar is available for 21 and older.
Extremely disability & wheelchair friendly!
I attended a concert for the first time and received excellent care when it came to accessibility. We were allowed to the front of line for expedited security, staff made room for me in crowded areas, and staff was extremely knowledgeable about accessibility needs.
I would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone seeking accessible concerts!

The LOX concert Nov 22 2024 Right balcony Row D308. I left my purse in the venue and realized it once I walked outside to the front they wouldn't allow me to go back inside however the security radioed into the venue and someone brought it out to me with over $600 in cash still inside along with my cards I.d and everything. I was shocked and grateful. The seats were dirty and I didn't like the fact that although I had what they consider VIP tickets it doesn't get...
