If I could give 0 I would! This group of girls are horrible! Lazy and Rude, will not acknowledge anyone walking in with a hello but want us to buy YOUR product! It’s as if the whole team hates what they do and I recommend new staff or position changes. I have had multiple upsets at this location and for convenience I go but I’m thinking a 20min drive to Preston location is worth it for member experience . This location is bad and I hate to say the employees fit the demographic to the T! I would maybe put a smiling face or 2 in there! This is beyond sickening! Preston Location will greet you as ONE, no matter how hard they are working or busy. These girls have permanent faces of hating Tea bags and serving water on their faces. They Gotta do better!

An incredible variety of flavored teas and lemonades! I love that you can customize them by adding fresh fruit like strawberries and watermelon. 🍓🍉 Don’t miss happy hour from 2-4 PM daily, even on weekends—it’s the perfect time to stop by!

Just want to say BEWARE of trusting HTEA0’s app or points program. I go to the store in Dallas on Frankford Rd frequently. I have 100’s of points accumulated. I’ve not been able to log into the app for several years because they were having a technical problem. (They were aware) I could still accumulate points and use my phone number to make a purchase if I needed to. I just tried to buy a tea with points. Seems they are aware of the technical issues and developed a new app. Carly, the shift leader in charge, just told me I can create a new login but they are not able to transfer my points, so I will lose them. She called the store manager Royce Timms while I was there. He referred me to call their Corp office, but nobody can offer help. This seems crazy. I’d assume if they change their app that impacts their customers ability to use their points, they would at least have the ability to move your points. I left frustrated and left the tea I was trying to purchase Seems they were not concerned at my frustration so I’ll rethink going to this store

I first had HTeaO in Brownwood,TX. Now they finally have locations near Dallas! The servers are always friendly. The one this day was gracious enough to read me the ingredients via drive thru speaker so I would know if there were any allergens I needed to avoid. That is rare for someone to care enough to answer those types of questions. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from. You get your money's worth because there is a size for everyone! Not too big and not too small! So happy they are finally in North Texas!!

My wife and I go here a lot. It's not just tea, it's really good tea. And the staff is friendly and funny and they always give my dog a treat, even when he slobbers on the window.

I don’t want to know the calories in the sweet teas, but holy cow they are good. You can also get half and half with no sugar or just unsweetened of most of their flavors. Worth stopping on a road trip.

I come here multiple times a week before work. Honestly couldn't be better for me. They have a huge range of flavors you can mix and match and I still find great combos when I step out of my comfort zone. Staff is also friendly and speedy. Also super appreciate being able to order whole gallons to take home. Absolutely love this place and could not recommend more!
