Daniel is the general manager, and I have to say his customer service is truly top tier. He’s the reason I came back to this location. I really admire great hospitality, and I had to leave a great review because Daniel is phenomenal. Everyone should go there and ask to work with him, he makes the entire experience easy, welcoming, and friendly. I truly appreciate your hospitality, and it’s the reason I’ll continue coming back.

It's pick up or delivery only so hard to rate the atmosphere. It is very clean when picking up & the staff is very pleasant/helpful. Highly recommended

Service gets 5 stars because the gentleman who made my pizza took the time to explain how he layered the hatch peppers under the cheese, just in case I was wondering why I couldn't see them. He was very kind. The pizza was great. I frequently visit iFratelli and will continue to do so.

My car was damaged in i Fratelli's parking lot on 3/10/26 as I was inside my car by one of their delivery drivers, meaning I felt and saw it happen. The driver ran away rather than talk to me about it. I was sitting in my car by their front door at 6:01pm, about to go inside when I felt a big thud into my car. I look to my right and a white male driver in his 30s with a red/brown beard wearing i Fratelli gear closed his door. I hop out and immediately check on my passenger door, there were streaks of red paint by the handle that matched the red paint on his Toyota Prius. See attached photo. I turn to his car and he quickly sped out of the parking lot and onto NW Hwy., avoiding all eye contact with me. I walk inside i Fratelli and ask the lady behind the counter if that was their delivery driver, which she confirmed. I calmly explain what happened and she immediately came with me to take photos of the damage, took my information down and said she would file an incident report with management. I then went to the i Fratelli website and filed my own complaint with corporate. I have not heard back from anyone. This is exceptionally disappointing to not at least be contacted by management. Also disappointing the driver ran rather than just talk to me, I guess he was not aware I was sitting in the car that he struck and didn't want to be confronted. If he would have just acknowledged what happened and apologized, I would have accepted it and let it go. The older I get, the more disappointed am with my fellow human beings.

HONORABLE MENTION: I have been ordering pizza at this location since they opened, and they have always gotten my order correct and offered excellent, but down to earth customer service. That said, one time my order did come out incorrectly. I was in a sour mood at the time and slightly berated the young man who took our order. He remained patient, professional, calm and friendly during the exchange, at which time during the exchange we realized it was us who made a mistake in ordering, not the young man who took our order. After a few uncomfortable nervous laughs and repeated apologies on our party, the manager rectified the situation much to our agreement. We are customers for life!
