Daniel is the general manager, and I have to say his customer service is truly top tier. He’s the reason I came back to this location. I really admire great hospitality, and I had to leave a great review because Daniel is phenomenal. Everyone should go there and ask to work with him, he makes the entire experience easy, welcoming, and friendly. I truly appreciate your hospitality, and it’s the reason I’ll continue coming back.
Service gets 5 stars because the gentleman who made my pizza took the time to explain how he layered the hatch peppers under the cheese, just in case I was wondering why I couldn't see them. He was very kind. The pizza was great. I frequently visit iFratelli and will continue to do so.
HONORABLE MENTION: I have been ordering pizza at this location since they opened, and they have always gotten my order correct and offered excellent, but down to earth customer service. That said, one time my order did come out incorrectly. I was in a sour mood at the time and slightly berated the young man who took our order.
