Every time I crave breakfast and order IHOP I hate myself just a little more. The gravy has consistency of premade watery mashed potato’s , a fresh berry crepe with no fresh berries just crepe. I disappoint myself once again choosing to eat here.

Food was disgusting. Service was slow and waitress didn’t tell me they were out of an ingredient before making my meal. If I had known, I would have picked something different. When I asked about it, she told me the cook told her they were out of the ingredient so she didn’t charge me for it…. Instead of telling me. Me and my friend both had issues with our meals. Bland flavors, really small portions, soggy bacon, watery eggs, and the pancakes were so sad (small and thin). All this and the prices have went up! Will never go back.

Yeah I also had a bad experience here too I saw 3 employees working and they said the place was closed I hope they really get new management and have a full stack of new employees that really want to work cause I literally drive all the way to the one in Garland instead of there.

I tried to resolve this issue before leaving a review. First, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who assured me it would be fixed, but nothing was done. Then, I emailed IHOP customer service, and I have yet to receive a response.
Be warned: The waitstaff at this location have been adding extra tips when you pay with a card. My waitress, Danessey G., only brought me the customer copy of the receipt and kept the merchant copy, which seemed suspicious. I decided to take a picture of my signed receipt before leaving and tipped her in cash.
Sure enough, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that she had tipped herself extra anyway. This is blatant theft and completely unacceptable.
IHOP, this needs to be addressed immediately. Do better.

This place is run by incompetent manager. Very slow service!! Made an online order, got there 15 mins later. I get there, waited for someone to help me 5 mins later. I told them I was there for online order. They said it should be 5 mins "they are bagging your order". I wait, and wait and nothing. They come back and I asked if they had my order ready. "They are making your burger, it should be out in a min". I waited for over 40 mins for my order and still wasn't ready!!! I told the manager that I shouldn't have not been waiting for an order that long, it was unacceptable!! I asked for my refund!! Again, he said they were bagging my order. I told him sure, you told me that 40 mins ago, I want a refund!! Walked out furious 😠!! My kids asked me, where's our food? Told them we were going somewhere else. They wanted ihop so I did another online order at another ihop close by. Drive was 11 mins. I get there and ask for my order. They literally just went back to the kitchen, came back and handed my order!!! 5 stars to that ihop!! If you want to start your day angry come here!

This is the 2nd time they disappoint me, as they sit us down and no one comes and serves us. I will not be returning to this location any longer needs better servers and management as they dint even offer an apology

Stood in the lobby and was never acknowledged. Servers walked by, glanced in our direction and kept walking at least twice. As the lobby filled up and nobody helped us. We left. Very disappointed.

This Place Is Trash And I Will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. My food was cold as hell, eggs were undercooked, server named Codey stole an extra $10 off my card after my transaction was complete. The same thing happened to my sister a week ago when she came to visit by the SAME server. I will be contacting the authorities and the BBB. The management here is so horrible. I will be filing charges for theft and I will make sure everyone knows about this.
The food was good and whenever we got service, the service was good. The only thing we sat for 30 minutes before the server came to take our order.

Be warned, there is an waiter, name Cody N., caucasian male, approximately 200 + pds, who will charge a tip on your credit/debit card. He works on Gaston Ave, location #3650. On 2/6/25, I ordered breakfast, which costed $16.23. When I checked my account on 2/12/25, I noticed a charge of $20.23 had been posted to my account on 2/7/25. I called guest relations on 2/12/25, and filed a complaint; case # is 3539133. I was informed by guest relations that it should take approximately four days for someone to reach out to me; it is 2/18/25; no response yet. I went to the same IHop location listed above on 2/17/25, and spoke to the manager, Jessica, who was busy doing payroll. She informed me that was going to call me in the afternoon on 2/18/25, after she completes her investigation, because guest relations has not informed her that a complaint had been filed on her location; no response yet. This is extremely poor, horrible service. I understand that it's just $4.00, but I worked for those $4.00. I will not be ordering or eating at this location EVER again. What that waiter has done is definitely illegal.
