Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Never had an empty glass and left with a full stomach. Food was cooked perfectly. Literally zero complaints.

Listen. Ashley is a force of nature. She was the ONLY server working overnight, and somehow she was everywhere at once. One second she’s taking an order across the room, the next she’s bringing a Togo order to the front & before you know it… she’s at our table refilling drinks like some kind of breakfast ninja.

Even with a whole crowd of hungry, half-awake humans, she was still on point!!! Not a single person went without. She checked on EVERY table, smiling and had such a positive attitude. There are not many servers who can handle that kind of workload with such grace, patience, and efficiency

Servers like her are rare. Mythical, even. Ashley is a gem, and y’all better protect her at all costs. Give her her props, a raise, a parade—SOMETHING.

HORRIBLE i came into ihop on wed nov 27 and waited 48 minutes to get my food i was never updated by the waitress that the kitchen was running behind she just left the drinks and never came back to update us i askes the host one time what was going on because we had been waiting for a long time to get our food and she also ignored me didnt go check to see what was going on so i stood up and asked the hosts again what was going on i felt like i was being ignored and she finally went to go check and ended up telling me the kitchen was backed up but i mean no update no nothing and we waited for 48 min how upsetting

I don’t leave many reviews and definitely not for a place like IHOP but my service was 10/10. All of the servers were nice and attentive to their tables and management was attentive as well. Coming from a server, I was pleased. Although the food wasn’t great, my server noticed without me mentioning it and offered another option. I politely declined but the thought to ask was enough for me. Keep it up !

Tasty and hot food! Excellent service! It's family friendly! Pancakes, omelets, etc. for breakfast, and other options such as hamburgers, etc. for other meal times. Even offers milkshakes!

Staff was very friendly but the service was poor. We were giving the wrong order after waiting 15 minutes. The drinks had a weird taste I feel like it was due to the way that they were cleaned. We seated ourselves. Couldn't find our server so I went to the kitchen seen the cook eating something while preparing food. I haven't been back to that particular location not for me.

There is preferential treatment when it comes to serving guests. I'm a black male with loc's and was treated as if I was someone who was homeless while two other Caucasian gentlemen were treated with diligent service. I couldn't even enjoy my meal and didn't feel it was worth paying for but I did and left a tip as well. I won't mention names to avoid them being confronted but I believe a team meeting on customer service is imperitive to help the establishment thrive. Aside from this the food was spectacular!
