I am very disappointed.. since I have been going to different Jack in the box locations, the mockingbird location is by far the worst service and old food.. I called and complained to the manager which he said I’ll write your name down and next time you come I will replace them. Excuse me! Why would I want him to replace them and why would I even go back. I needed my food tonight not next time. They can keep there food, I will not be returning.
