I was at the Mockingbird location today 11/6/23 around 11:30 AM for my free cupcake for changing my password on the app. I want to thank the employee that helped me. Their name started with an N. I wish I could remember their name, because their customer service was fantastic. I really appreciate what they did and I didn’t want that person to think their kindness went unnoticed. Thank you
We’ve gotten 3 different cakes for all occasions at Susie and they were excellent. Thank you.
Was excited to try SusieCakes since I heard good things. The best thing about it is the staff, they are great, polite and professional. Shop is clean. The main reason for going are the baked goods, and this is where the mark was missed for me. We ordered cupcakes to go, no full cakes. The icing on the cupcakes was very good, not too sweet and spot on in flavor. The cake part was semi-dry, crumbly, fell apart easily.
